Nicolas joined Sweetwater in 2026 and is an Associate on the business development team. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Nicolas worked at Gateway Partners, a buy-side M&A advisory firm serving middle market private equity sponsors, where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating proprietary investment opportunities. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
