Natalie joined Sweetwater in 2024 and is an Associate on the investment team. Before Sweetwater, Natalie served as an M&A and Capital Advisory Manager, focusing on founder-led companies undergoing institutional growth events. Prior to that, Natalie was a member of the Corporate Development team at a private equity-backed healthcare company and began her career in business valuation. Natalie holds a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Sustainability from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University.
