Mack joined Sweetwater in 2023 and is a Principal on the investment team. Before joining Sweetwater, Mack served as Vice President at PCE Investment Bankers, where he specialized in providing M&A, ESOP, and capital raise advisory services to middle-market businesses. Before joining PCE, Mack served as an Associate in PwC’s assurance practice. Mack holds a M.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Mack is a CFA charterholder and a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
