Kassy joined Sweetwater in 2026 and is a Director on the capital formation team. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Kassy spent eleven years at Blackstone in their New York and Los Angeles offices. She began her career on the investment team before transitioning to fundraising and investor relations, where she was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors and consultants across Blackstone’s private equity fund strategies. Kassy received a B.A. in Economics and a secondary in Psychology from Harvard University.
