Griffin joined Sweetwater in 2025 and is an Associate on the capital formation team. Prior to joining Sweetwater, he worked on the investor relations and business development teams at Portfolio Advisors, focusing on the firm’s LP-led secondaries business. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University.
