Brianna joined Sweetwater in 2021 and is a Principal on the investment team. Prior to joining Sweetwater, she held a Management Consulting Manager role at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the M&A Advisory practice, focusing on technology, healthcare, and biotech. Brianna started her career as an Associate in PwC’s Tax practice, where she focused on tax consulting, compliance, and financial statement auditing. Brianna holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Diego and is a licensed CPA in the State of California.
