Bijan joined Sweetwater in 2025 and is an Associate on the investment team. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Bijan worked at Lead Edge Capital, a growth equity firm focused on investing in software, internet, and tech-enabled businesses globally, where he was responsible for evaluating and sourcing new investments. Prior to that, Bijan was an Analyst at Blueprint Equity, a growth equity firm focused on enterprise software, fintech, and tech-enabled services companies. Bijan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
